![]() ![]() Select the QBO file you saved, then select Open.From the Banking menu, select Bank Feeds, then Import Web Connect Files.Once done, start importing the transactions so they become available in your Bank Feeds. Once you have the Web Connect file, follow the steps to import it into QuickBooks Desktop.Download your transactions as a QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) file.Sign in to your bank account using your normal process.Open a web browser and go to your bank’s website.This may be 30, 60, 90 days, or more depending on the financial institution. Some banks let you set a date range for downloads. Before starting the import process, go to your bank's website and request the file you need to upload in QuickBooks. To download older transactions, I recommend using the Web Connect feature. Most banks provide information for the previous 90 days only. QuickBooks automatically downloads banking data the first time you connect an account. I'm here to help you download the transactions from the prior year in QuickBooks.
